For the confidence you need to achieve a successful renovation, count on us to provide assistance with your design decisions. We will help you with tasks from floor plans to furniture selection, ensuring a cohesive design that meets your needs and wants.
This package includes 20 hours of time together, comprised of initial consultation plus design hours as needed throughout your project timeline.
During our consultation, we will ask about your goals, preferences, and investment amounts so we can fine-tune our advice.
Our 20 hours of assistance may include:

• guidance on the design direction of the project
• development of floor plan and layout ideas
• sourcing and selecting finishes, furnishings, and fixtures
• providing samples for presentation purposes
• choosing paint colours
• in-person, phone, or email conversations
• recommendations for and meetings with contractors
• review of quotes and estimates
• site visits
• design drawings, including renderings, may be provided if time allows

This package is intended for decision-makers who want design guidance throughout their project. Your project is preferably near the beginning - before much work is done - so we can assess your needs and help get you on the right path. But we are happy to step in mid-project as well. Designer by your Side may be best suited for large projects with many decisions throughout. The intent of this package is to give you the confidence to manage your project, with us by your side to help with recommendations and decisions. You will have the final say in selecting contractors and will supervise project progress overall, but can count on us for guidance when you need it.
If you are looking for design assistance on smaller projects or a shorter timeline, we recommend our Day with a Designer package. Kitchens and bathrooms can often involve many complex decisions - for renovations on these rooms, we recommend our Basic Kitchen or Basic Bathroom packages. If you have a specific budget with specific room design goals, you may find that our Full Service Room Design package meets your needs.
